SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Please expect 10-14 business days for processing and shipping. It takes 2-7 business days to process your order and the average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Due to COVID-19 related delays, safety precautions, and recent demands, orders may take a bit longer to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Return Policy
Our items are printed-on-demand. Unfortunately, purchases made through this site are NOT eligible for exchange. You must return and repurchase the correct item. Items must be returned within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from the receipt of original order. intentional. will only accept returned items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. However, we will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt. (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty smudged printing, tears/holes in item). If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect.
Refunds
Within 30 days, return items and all acceptable refunds will be refunded the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. (It can take up to 30 days depending on your card company.)
Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you're unsure before purchasing.
If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address YOU provide during order processing. Please be intentional.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, we will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment due to automatic production of merchandise.
